History Of National Missouri Day

Anna Lee Brosius Korn is a school teacher who composed the former state song of Missouri. She was also convinced that it takes an entire day to honor our beautiful state, so they created this observance and now we all celebrate what would have been Mrs. Korns’s birthday each year!
