What is World Introvert Day? This day celebrates introverts worldwide, their contributions to society, and the value of being an introvert. It was started in 1963 by a small group of people but has since grown into an international celebration on January 2nd every year. It’s not just about celebrating the importance of being an introvert – it’s also about educating others about what makes us so unique!

I’m an introvert, and every December I take time off from socializing to spend quality hours with friends or reading books that would otherwise be overlooked during busy times at work/school. Introverted people have this innate sense of knowing how much energy it takes just being around other people all day long–it can wear you out quickly if not careful!

You know that feeling when you’re surrounded by people and all of the sudden it feels like there is no oxygen left in the room? That’s how introverts feel. But don’t worry! Introverted individuals can do a lot to celebrate themselves as well, such as getting some alone time or taking care of their mental health through self-care routines like bathing and spa treatments.

Introverts are people too! It’s easy to forget because introverted behavior seems so common. The key thing for everyone’s mental health is not only how they act but also what feelings come up when dealing with other humans on a daily basis in social situations where the conversation isn’t happening right away or at all–these can be draining if you’re an extrovert though it might feel different than being drained by your surroundings which leaves us wondering “why am I bothered?”
